Introductory Call

Schedule an introductory phone call with our Professional EOS Implementer, Debra Chantry-Taylor to discuss the issues & opportunities your business is facing, to see if EOS is right for you.


No sales pitch, just an informal chat about your business. We call this the VTH Call and it generally takes around 15 to 30 minutes.

Focus Day
(Your EOS Journey begins)

Once your leadership team is on-board, the next step is the kickoff to a journey that will teach your business the tools it needs to achieve Vision, gain Traction & get Healthy.


This full-day session sets the foundation for future Vision Building sessions and Quarterly Pulse Meetings.


Debra will be there to teach, coach & facilitate your business through the entire process of implementing EOS.

Each EOS day session is booked one day at a time (no contracts, no long term agreements) & each session is fully guaranteed. If you don't get value from the day then you don't pay!

90 Minute Meeting
with your Leadership Team 

If we think that EOS would be a good fit for your business, the next step is to get you and your leadership team together for an in-person meeting with Debra to discuss EOS in detail.


This is a free session to further explore EOS & make sure your team is ready to get on-board.

We take 90 minutes to go through the EOS Model & EOS Tools. At the end of this, your team can choose to self-implement EOS,  work with our Professional EOS Implementer, Debra or not continue on the EOS Journey.

Again, no pressure - Our value is 'Help First' & we offer all the EOS tools for free. As Professional EOS Implementers, we know that we add value in the process however we only want to work with teams who want to work with us.
